These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by The Peranakan Club Pte Ltd (UEN: XXXXXXXX), a registered social enterprise with raiSE Singapore, located at Level 2, Orchard Towers, 400 Orchard Road, Singapore 238875.

By accessing and using the website of The Peranakan Club Pte Ltd (“The Peranakan Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation confirmation is only valid once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. For Tok Panjang private dining (groups of 10–20 persons), a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the estimated food and beverage spend is required to confirm the reservation.

For standard dining reservations: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time are subject to a cancellation fee of SGD 30 per person. For Tok Panjang private group bookings: cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to rebook.

All content on this website — including text, photography, video, illustrations, the brand identity, the Phoenix mark, and all written copy — is the intellectual property of The Peranakan Club Pte Ltd and is protected under Singapore copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

All sales through The Atelier are final unless an item is received in a materially damaged condition. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if you believe your item has been damaged in transit. Vintage and antique items are sold as-is; their age-related wear is part of their provenance and is not grounds for return.
06.
The Peranakan Club accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
07.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
