Heirloom Nyonya recipes from the Khoo family kitchen, served inside the living museum. The menu follows grandmother’s seasonal calendar — Ayam Buah Keluak, Nasi Ulam Dulu Kala with twenty-two hand-shredded herbs, Kueh Pie Tee assembled at the table, Babi Pongteh slow-braised since morning.

Tok Panjang

The Long Table — 10 to 20 Guests

Tok Panjang — the long table — is the Peranakan feast format reserved for weddings, ancestor offerings, and high occasions. The Club offers private Tok Panjang sittings for 10–20 guests. The museum is exclusively yours. The table is dressed in nyonyaware. Raymond or Janet will walk your group through the collection.

Heritage, Distilled — with Brass Lion

Cocktails conceived inside the artefact collection. In partnership with Brass Lion Distillery — Singapore’s first craft gin distillery — the Kebaya Bar menu is built around Peranakan flavour archetypes: pandan, buah keluak, calamansi, blue butterfly pea, galangal. A drink for every room of the museum.
